Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms
Same on a Samsung S20

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
After logging into the Teams app, it keeps on refreshing every second making it impossible to work until the app is reopened. This is a recurring problem and half the time it works smoothly, other times it doesn't.

I though the issue was addressed through app permissions, but returned after a week. The authenticator app beta fixed it AGAIN!. Time will tell if this fixed it for good. Thanks for help.
This has fixed me as well. Authenticator beta in about menu.
I have tried all the suggestions here to no avail, the only thing that works (temporarily) is turning Wi-Fi off/on.
I'm currently running the following app versions:
Microsoft Authenticator App: 6.2105.3004
Intune Company Portal: 5.0.5142.0
Microsoft Teams: 1416/1.0.0.2021053801
Microsoft have now re-added the Service Health advisory for this issue (with the following additional message), although it still states the cause as 'spotty network on Android', which is definitely not the case with my connection.

FWIW, I use Pi-Hole to reduce data theft and privacy violations.
It appears Teams needed to connect to...
mobile.pipe.aria.microsoft.com
in.appcenter.ms
...so I whitelisted these; still no joy.
Switched to cellular data, authenticated, then switched back to WiFi.
Teams may also be attempting to connect to other URLs.
