Teams calls with WH-1000XM3

Hi all,

I have an issue with my headphones (WH-1000XM3) when having teams calls probably after the last team update to version 1.5.00.28361 as it was working fine before. The issue is that I cannot use the stereo setting when on call which provides the noise cancellation feature of my headphones. Please note that this feature works fine in all the other applications I am using including youtube, skype etc.

So here are my default settings which won't give me noise cancellation.

If I switch to stereo I only hear my voice. (cannot hear the rest that is in the call)

It seems like it's a bug and I would like you to report it in this feedback portal.

    https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/f...

In the meantime, I would suggest you download the Microsoft Teams Desktop App old version which came before 1.5.00.28361 version and was working fine for you. Attached are some references for you that came before this version:

Let me know, if it worked or if you need any further assistance.

    Warm Regards,

    Sajjad

    Hello,

I have tried all of these.

I have also tried to reset my headphones, unpair, uninstall drivers, and many more.

Nothing has solved the issue though.
