Teams calls with WH-1000XM3

Hi all,

I have an issue with my headphones (WH-1000XM3) when having teams calls probably after the last team update to version 1.5.00.28361 as it was working fine before. The issue is that I cannot use the stereo setting when on call which provides the noise cancellation feature of my headphones. Please note that this feature works fine in all the other applications I am using including youtube, skype etc.

So here are my default settings which won't give me noise cancellation.

If I switch to stereo I only hear my voice. (cannot hear the rest that is in the call)

    Hello,
    I'm glad to see this post because I have exactly the same issue with the same device since last week...it's very annoying.
    All was perfectly fine before.
    However I check my teams version and it's 1.5.00.21668  (30th August) so I'm wondering why this problem happened last week, but it seems to match with Ioannis's issue too.

    I see. For now, let's just wait for the other update from MS Teams and check if it works.

    Teams do not offer a method to control updates, in contrast to other Office client programs. The desktop client automatically updates itself. Teams discreetly install updates after silently downloading them, waiting for the computer to be idle, and checking for updates every few hours. For further information, see the link below:

    Hi,

    I have tried this also but once I install an older version it automatically upgrades to 1.5.00.28361.

    Is there a way to avoid this?
