Teams calls with WH-1000XM3

Hi all,

I have an issue with my headphones (WH-1000XM3) when having teams calls probably after the last team update to version 1.5.00.28361 as it was working fine before. The issue is that I cannot use the stereo setting when on call which provides the noise cancellation feature of my headphones. Please note that this feature works fine in all the other applications I am using including youtube, skype etc.

So here are my default settings which won't give me noise cancellation.

If I switch to stereo I only hear my voice. (cannot hear the rest that is in the call)

Things are getting even worst. Once I exit a call in teams the headphones will remain in the call mode (ambiance sound) and I cannot use youtube for example unless I disconnect the headphones from Bluetooth and connect again. The same applies when I after this want to join another call in teams. I won't hear anything unless I disconnect from Bluetooth and connect again.

I have exactly the same issue here - it's only for Teams, all the other applications are working fine.

Please fix this Microsoft! It worked fine before the updates.

This is really annoying. Anyone from Microsoft Teams to provide a permanent solution?

Can we have an approximate ETA on when the issue is expected to be fixed? This is getting frustrating 😓
