    Thanks for your tips.

I tried it but Teams forced me to enter my mobile number for verifying purpose.

How can you login without entering the number?

    Hi ,

To narrow down the issue, please check if you see a similar experience on the MS Teams web app.
Go to access 'Teams Web App' https://teams.live.com and make sure to open the app in the browser(preferred Chrome or Edge).
Also, download the MS Teams mobile app and let me know the outcome.

If the issue is specific to the MS Teams desktop app, then try clearing the app cache by these steps and try again:
    For Windows 10 PC:

    1. Manually restart the app by right-clicking the icon in your taskbar (Windows) and selecting Quit.
    2. Go to File Explorer, delete any of the files in the following locations:
      • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams
    3. Click the app icon to open it again.

    For macOS,

    1. Quit Microsoft Teams.
    2. Delete files in the following folder path.
      “~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/
    3. Restart Microsoft Teams.

If you still see the issue, then uninstall the app and install the latest teams for the home app from here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams...

Please let me know the outcome, and I'll further look into this.

    Regards
    Nik
