Hello all, as per the title description it was allw orking fine until latest days. When I share my full desktop in teams, other people sees a black screen, but sharing a single application works.

I've tried with the web app and it works fine, it's the local installation that is not working.

I've already tried to reinstall Teams and cleared all the cache but issue persist.

Anyone can help me out? it's driving me nuts

Thanks

Carlo

I have a similar issue.  I cannot share my full screen in teams. I can share specific windows just fine.  It also happens with skype.  I can only share my screen by lowering my resolution from 3440 x 1440 to 2560 x 1440.

This happens for both my computers with different monitors.

Thanks Shadow649, I have a 21:9 monitor and changing the resolution to 2560 x 1440 solved the problem for me. Thank you!

We had the same problem. Apparently since the update the multi video doesn't work with older Teams meetings. We created a new meeting and can now have 9 videos on the screen. Nice of Microsoft to explain this as an issue.

your remark i personally can't relate to the issue being discussed here; sorry.

This issue is about a black screen when sharing your high-res screen (often a secondary screen) via teams: so it is about screen sharing.

It is not about the amount of video feeds you can see.
