Is there a Timer feature in MS Teams? I am looking to manage student tasks with a countdown timer or similar.

I need to use a timer or countdown function in different Breakout Rooms (channels) in MsTeams. Obviously I can't share the screen with students working in various groups at the same time. Does anyone know how to do this? Caroline
I concur! It would be really useful if Microsoft could develop an add-on feature to include a timer within Teams. If I organise a meeting and various people are going to be sharing their screens, but I want them to be conscious of the time, it would be useful to have a countdown feature integrated into the Teams meeting so that the presenters know how much time they have left.
Indeed love to have a timer per discussion topic in 1Meeting for example
This works well for preplanned tasks but sometimes I want to give them a set amount of time to write something down which changes depending on class level so a prearranged timer on the slides doesn't give me enough flexibility. If i could insert one in the chat or something that would be ideal.
I am a teacher in a university. This app would be a must. Please consider making it a basic(!) feature. On exams, presentations... Basic things..
