My 'Missed activity emails' is already set to "Off". I changed this setting a few months ago and it was working great. Then very recently, like the past 2 or 3 weeks, I suddenly started receiving the emails again. I verified that my 'Missed activity emails' option was still set to "Off" and it is. Nothing I do seems to stop the email notifications from coming through.

Is there a bug with this feature? Is there a way I can clear cache or something to have it recognize my setup and stop sending me the emails? I am growing very frustrated and considering disabling Teams until this is fixed.

I'm having the same issue. Would rather not be having email notifications about stuff on Teams when I'm on annual leave but there is no apparent way for me to turn them off.

    Hi Clive,

Greetings. To stop MS Teams Email and Calendar notifications, just need to click Profile picture > Settings> Notifications option, then select ā€œOffā€ next to Missed activityemails row, click Edit button in Meetings row to turn off meetingstarted notification(Off) and meeting chat notifications(Mute). Feel free to let me know if you have anything unclear.

    Kind Regards,

    Betty

Is it possible to do it with GPO or something else for everyone in the company?

    Regards,

    Bostjan
