Clearing the Teams cache worked for me. I did that and then was able to set my status to Available.

I recently went on vacation and accessed Teams from my tablet for the first time by installing the Teams app. Now I am back at work and using my work laptop. Even though I have signed out of the Teams app on my tablet and removed my work account from all Microsoft apps on my tablet, my Teams status is still stuck as "Out of Office." How can I change it to "Available?"
Things I have tried:
Note that my Skype and Outlook status is correctly set to "Available." I'm at a complete loss and would really like help with this.

Go in and set a new out of office with a deadline date to shut off that is the next time slot available. i.e. it's 8 am when you login to set your out of office - set it to expire at 8:30 or whatever the next time available is....it should turn off your out of office in Teams at the time you set it to turn off. It worked for me and for every ooo I have set since then as long as I set a time for it to shut off.
I am having this exact problem. Have signed out, rebooted. Shows me as Available but OOO even though ALL OOO replies are turned off.
I too am having this issue. I've logged onto the teams web app and my downloaded teams account and cannot get the out of office off. I've tried to click on reset status button and nothing has helped. I've also turned off the out of office in the web app too and nothing has helped. I've even logged in and logged out. Any thoughts?
I agree this is a terrible feature. Our Project Management team is all over the US and we send all day invites when someone is PTO that shows who is covering them. We send to the whole team since we all need to know. so for everyone to look as if they are PTO vs the only person really PTO is not very functional.
