Teams Audio Messages not working

Hi,

We just started using MS Teams. One of my coworkers has troubles using audio messages on his Android phone. When he taps on the little microphone to record a message, he gets this error message: "Error recording audio".

Since audio messages is something we use very frequently, this is a bit of a problem. I tried to google the problem to find out more, but I can't find any reference to this error on the internet.

Recording audio messages works fine for everybody else, so I'm a bit stumped as to what's happening here.

Can anybody help?

So there is an update.

Microsoft identified this as a bug with Intune. A fix is scheduled for the end of August 2020.

    Hello to all.

    I have the same issue, no possibility to send boice messages via Teams Android app. 

    I am using LG G6.

    I sent to Microsoft the logs.

    I hope in an answer.

    We all really need this functionality.

    If someone have found a workaround, please let us know.

    Still same problem with audio mic in TEAMS, I use the app LG Q7+ , it's still 1december and no solutions.
