Hello,
I've a case where MS Teams, the mobile app was working fine until suddenly it didn't. Every time we try joining a call, we get the message "we couldn't complete the call". Is there a reason for this? Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this?

Had the same issue FIXED, this was bad advice from Veejay btw...
Normally its a permission issue.
Go to settings on your phone or tablet, go to app settings, go to permissions, allow voice, camera, location etc.... Just allow all of them and it should work fine.
