shokz headset beeping on mute during Teams meetings

After the latest Teams update a couple of weeks ago, my shokz headset started making a loud beep 2 times every 10 seconds when I am on mute. How can I stop this beep?

    The problem is not with MS, but with SHOKZ and they need to address it. They are aware of the problem but do not want to accept it.

    I reached them and they had blunt replies like

    Looks like the settings sticking was a fluke. As soon as I muted using the teams mute, it started again :(

    This doesn't work for me. I can do the -/+ buttons and mute on/off but I have to do it every time in a meeting

    How do I stop my AfterShokz beeping on mute?

    Press and hold the volume+ and volume- buttons simultaneously for two seconds while on a call with the mic muted. Audrey will say “Mute Off.”

    I did this and it stopped. I changed to another meeting and the change stuck!

    I have the same problem since Oct 31, 2022. Is it already fixed by microsoft? I saw thread that the issue has been raised since May 2022. I hope The Microsoft can fix it soon. Thank you
