shokz headset beeping on mute during Teams meetings

After the latest Teams update a couple of weeks ago, my shokz headset started making a loud beep 2 times every 10 seconds when I am on mute. How can I stop this beep?

    I found a solution in a reddit thread. On your Shokz, while it's powered on, press and hold the volume up and down buttons at the same time. You'll hear "mute off" but Teams will still be muted. (Worked like a champ for me. Of course, double-check Teams is still muted before you burp loudly on a call. :))

    Same here.  Last week no issue, this week there is a loud double beep while on hold.  And the multifunction button used to do nothing but now it will either answer or release a call (this is a nice boon).  Also the headset doesn't auto release if the other party disconnects, instead you get elevator music, and you have to press the multi-function button to disconnect.

    Resolution: Hold down + - buttons for two seconds on the headset after every time you mute yourself.

    I also experienced this issue starting 10/31. Beeped every 10 seconds while I'm mute on any MS Teams calls using my Shokz headset. After I talk/unmute and then mute myself, the beep returns. I made sure my headset battery was fully charged.
