Aloha, I am currently using the Microsoft teams app on my iphone, however the app keeps on crashing. I still receive notifications and the app opens, however it will not stay open for any longer than about 4-5 seconds. I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app and also restarting my device but to no avail Both my device and app are up to date. Apple said that they were unable to help me on their end because Teams is a third party app.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Mahalo in advance for your help.

I have the same problem, as well as some of my students, and it is frustrating.
I have an iPhone 8+ and my current software on the phone is 13.6.1

i did all the actions everyone else had done including airplane mode and no wifi so i could email a trouble ticket. This was several hours before it was resolved.
i would think the issue was resoved by microsodt independant of my ticket.

Mine has just started working again for some reason. Didn't do anything except touch a notification that come through.
Same here. It was obviously a service issue as I was able to log in with other accounts just fine. It is now working for all accounts.
