Greetings!
Microsoft Teams recently rolled out the Microsoft Fluent emoji style in Teams. This change altered all emojis and reactions across the platform and made them look incredibly displeasurable and unusual. In a business environment, I would venture to say the updated emojis are unusable due to the fact that they are so silly (for lack of a better word). I have thus far been unable to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this update; however, I would like to do this, as would my team. Is there any way to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this Microsoft Fluent emoji style update?
Thanks for any insight!

Please stop expending resources to fix what isn't broken and PLEASE have an adult with business sense look at changes instead of a 20 YO programmer.
The vast majority of MS revenue comes from business users and companies. Teams is used for business communication not childish chatter.
My organization's Teams was also recently updated with the Fluent emojis today. I concur with others who have posted here: they are much too cutesy and childish-looking for a work environment. I won't be using them for a quick response the way I had been accustomed to using the old ones; some are creepy and their over-simplistic, cartoony look does not lend itself to business communications. I would also prefer that my org have the option to select the icon set we use; this change will make Teams chat a less versatile tool for us.
My Teams was updated with the Fluent emojis today. They are much too childish looking for a work environment. They look like they were designed to entertain toddlers! I feel like I'm representing myself as a child when I use them. Also, the 3D effect is far too dramatic. When all the rest of the Teams window is virtually flat and the text I am reading is flat, the sudden 3D pop-out effect of the Fluent emojis causes my eyes to lose focus and disrupts the flow of my usage. Please bring back the old emojis!
Second this. Just restarted my computer and got greeted by a toothless corpse looking thing instead of a lauging smiley. HORRIBLE!
But I doubt community backlash will be great enough for Microsoft to revert their changes. At least not in a reasonable amount of time. Just look at the Win11 Taskbar issues.
