Teams - Revert to Classic Emojis

Greetings!

Microsoft Teams recently rolled out the Microsoft Fluent emoji style in Teams. This change altered all emojis and reactions across the platform and made them look incredibly displeasurable and unusual. In a business environment, I would venture to say the updated emojis are unusable due to the fact that they are so silly (for lack of a better word). I have thus far been unable to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this update; however, I would like to do this, as would my team. Is there any way to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this Microsoft Fluent emoji style update?

    This is the worst reply that I have ever heard and it is very rude and disrespectful for the users.

    Harsh. Let me review those sentences a bit.

    "You don't have much power to change Microsoft's mind....If you can't switch off Teams, you're pretty much powerless." While writing these statements, I had in mind the principle that a software company should respond to the wishes of its users, thereby granting them influence. If we don't have influence over Microsoft products, then either other users are outvoting us or Microsoft is violating this principle. Since I have yet to hear anyone object in favor of the new emoji (online or in real life--but maybe I should recheck Medium comments), I was assuming that Microsoft was simply not listening. So these were intended to vent a bit by cynically taking shots at Microsoft.

    "Either deal with it or learn to communicate without emoji." This is honestly what I'm finding myself having to do. Practically, I can't switch off Teams. Microsoft hasn't changed. What are my alternatives? So I'm using only the most basic of emoji and hoping that others interpret them using their understood symbolism from broader culture. I'm frustrated, but I don't see how to alleviate that frustration by any means besides retributively promoting alternate collaboration systems on other projects.

    I hope that clarifies my meaning. Either way, feel free to expound or object; I'll listen.

    I tried with "emoji" and I still get the deranged ones.... did you mean something different than quotations?

    I mean reply, not quotation. And I use the web interface, maybe this trick works only in it
