Teams - Revert to Classic Emojis

Greetings!

Microsoft Teams recently rolled out the Microsoft Fluent emoji style in Teams. This change altered all emojis and reactions across the platform and made them look incredibly displeasurable and unusual. In a business environment, I would venture to say the updated emojis are unusable due to the fact that they are so silly (for lack of a better word). I have thus far been unable to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this update; however, I would like to do this, as would my team. Is there any way to revert the emojis back to the way they were before this Microsoft Fluent emoji style update?

Thanks for any insight!

I also hate those, please revert to the old emojis, those new ones are horrible, childish and look like back in the 1990s :(

I agree!! And the smiley with its mouth open and the blood red color inside it looks bloody and gross. I don't know what they were thinking and why it is such a challenge for a company like Microsoft to revert these icons. Part of the problem is that most comments are finding their way into communities and where folks report issues they have to select category and the some people are entering under the emojis category and others under the Microsoft Teams category, and so on and because of the dispersion the number of votes gets diluted across many requests instead of accumulated. They have no idea how many thousands of us want this rolled back. I wonder if Microsoft's Marketing team knows how bad this is for their Brand?

I entered an issue, too: https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/39d837d7-6512-ed11-a81b-6045bd7d68ae . Maybe if they have enough issues raised and all of them are "up-voted", they'll get it. Maybe we all should flood them with issues and up-vote all of them.

Please permanently give the option to revert to the previous, unanimated, flatter, less intrusive emoji icons
