Moving the participants' videos to the top instead of bottom of screen

It would be great if when a user is sharing their screen during a video call, the list of participants and their small video feeds were shown above the shared content rather than below it. Many times people are looking at themselves or other participants when speaking, and it looks to others like their eyes are closed. By moving the user's own image and the images of others to the top of the screen, above the shared content, there's a better likelihood that users will be looking upwards towards the camera rather than down.

Can this be changed in user settings or is this an optimization request?

    Virtually every meeting I have attended involves people with webcams on. Looking at any other participant of the call then makes you look like you're either not paying attention,  looking at your phone, or ready to fall asleep.

    It must be a simple change to make, just make the participants a floating box that can be moved. If Microsoft still prefer it at the bottom, then use that as the default, but please allow others to have that flexibility to more it to a better spot.

    There is a way to move the window.

    You have to minimize Teams so you only see the screen video of the other person in the lower right hand side your monitor.  From there, click and hold the video box and move it to wherever on the screen.  Hope it works for you.
