Hello Sai Raju,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

Regarding to the problem that the calendar tab is missing, there is a chance that someone changed the related policy. To check it, please contact Office 365 administrator to go to Microsoft Teams admin center and then follow the steps below:

1.  Sign into Microsoft Teams admin center as an Office 365 administrator.

2.  Click Users in the left pane and then select your account.

3.  In your account information page, click Policy and select the policy under App setup policy.

4.  In Pinned apps section, please check whether Calendar is in the list. If not, click Add apps to add Calendar into the list.

If the issue still persists, please provide the following information to me for further assistance:

  1.  Please confirm with other users whether they encountered the same problem.

2.  Please provide the screenshot of this issue to me.

3.  Whether the Calendar shows up in Teams Web App?

4.  Since you mentioned that you got license error when sign into Outlook Web App, please try this link in InPrivate/incognito mode and check whether you can sign in: https://outlook.office365.com. If you still get error, please share the screenshot of the error with me and I will do my best to help you.

Regards,

Seven

    Finaly i resolve problem.

    1. Install Exchange 2016 CU16
    2. Move mailbox from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016
    3. Upgrade Hybrid configuration
    4. Configure OAuth authentication between Exchange and Exchange Online organizations: (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/configure-oauth-authentication-between-exchange-and-exchange-online-organizations-exchange-2013-help)

    Microsoft documentation have error in

Step 1: Create the authorization server objects for your Exchange Online organization

For this procedure, you have to specify a verified domain for your Exchange Online organization and the Exchange Online Tenant Name. The first domain should be the same domain used as the primary SMTP domain used for the cloud-based email accounts. This domain is referred as <your verified domain> in the following procedure. The second domain which is your actual tenant name like contoso.onmicrosoft.com is referred to as<your tenant domain>.(This is error)**

Run the following command in the Exchange Management Shell (Exchange PowerShell) in your on-premises Exchange organization:

    My example

    New-AuthServer -Name "WindowsAzureACS" -AuthMetadataUrl "https://accounts.accesscontrol.windows.net/admin-corp.ru/metadata/json/1"

New-AuthServer -Name "evoSTS" -Type AzureAD -AuthMetadataUrl "https://login.windows.net/admin-corp.ru/federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml"

Your verified domain should be something like admin-corp.ru, and not <your tenant name> as outlined in the Microsoft article

    Step2,step3…Step8

    Finish.

    1. Please confirm with other users whether they encountered the same problem.

Confirmed .. they don't have calendar icon either web or desktop.

    2.  Please provide the screenshot of this issue to me.

    3.  Whether the Calendar shows up in Teams Web App?

It's not available either app or web.

    1. Please verify that the user's mailbox is in Office/MS 365 Exchange Online or Exchange On-Premise 2016 CU2 or Later
