Hi guys
Ive googled this and seem to get not the "right" answer.
My work has started using screens for remote access and its terrific. But everytime i share my screen, it has serious constant flicker which not only i see but so does the person on the other end.
Whats the cause

OK.. I think I may have found the solution. When sharing your screen many tiles show up for you to share. Some of these tiles are under 2 categories DESKTOP and WINDOW. Make your selection for the screen you want to share under DESKTOP NOT WINDOW. This selection made my screen not flicker anymore.

my screen is flickring when i am sharing the autocad software in MS TEAMS
Yes same issue with me. I am photo sensitive and I am trying to take classes online demonstrating databases to students and I am getting flickering. Needs sorted. Do not want student to see what is on my desk top due to confidentially so desk top not long term solution.
Great workaround, but not a fix for the issue. MS need to take ownership of this and solve the issue, not rely on the user-base to come up with clever ways of working around their software's shortcomings!
