Same problem here with Teams 1.4.00.4855 on Linux Debian (with KDE Plasma desktop)
The problem seems to disapear when i manually disable openGL compositing in Plasma Desktop before running Teams but then my GUI loses half of its functionality and the performance becomes terribly slow
