I updated to MacOS Catalina and now I cannot share my app screens. I can share my desktop, but that is all others can see.

My system had an entry (unchecked) for Microsoft teams. I think it asked me as I was launching but I blew by it. Not sure how you'd add it if it's not there. You just have to turn it on, and Teams screen sharing will work.
Same issue here. Still can't share my screen after giving permissions to MS Teams on Mac OS Catalina Desktop App.
Need this fixed.
There was one time where I logged out of Teams and back in again and it gave me access. That was THE only time.

Any update on the fix? Unfortunately, it does not work for me by maximizing or minimizing the window. The workaround, for now, is to log in on the web app, but it is not ideal.

I've had a support ticket open with Microsoft since my upgrade to catalina. The support tech guy told me there were thousands of others with the same issue. However still no update on the fix. I can definitely say I would never recommend Microsoft to anyone. I just wish they would be more upfront about the timelines.
For me at least, Teams screen sharing works as long as I close Cisco anyconnect. However skype for business refuses to work.
