Can't see myself on the viewfinder during the call

Has there been a solution to this issue posted? I had to log off and on again because Teams didn´t show my profile picture. But now the viewfinder is gone. I was in a meeting just before doing this and could view myself in the bottom right corner, now I´m in another meeting and it´s gone.

I used to have this functionality during group calls (not presenting). The functionality disappeared and I am no longer able to see myself. It is awkward as I receive no communication about it and my colleagues do not have this problem they are able to see themselves during our calls. I have no issue with Teams Web app only with the desktop Teams.

It is then incorrect to state the functionality does not exist.

Has any solution or explanation been provided to enable the view ?

Hi! In Microsoft Teams during the video calls I can't see myself in the viewfinder. Everyone else can see me in the chat but I don't have the little mini video of myself in the corner. Anyone know how to turn it on?

It is helpful to see what I look like on the screen to others. I was using my iphone as a camera and was unknowingly broadcasting with my head cut off --- Teams software folks - think "Monitor" for users - this is notable deficiency IMO. Thanks for considering ! Matthew

Very frustrating.

It reminds me when I spent a total of 2 days over 4 weeks with Microsoft support on the phone to find out by myself that Skype Entreprise was simply not compatible for Mac users.

I could see myself in a Teams meeting earlier today.  Now I am on another meeting later in the same day on the same computer and I cannot see myself.  This is super stupid because I can't even frame myself in the camera view so others can see me.  Get your **** together Microsoft, this is a crucial time to have a usable video chat platform!
