Can you mute by default whenever you enter a TEAMS meeting? I know this option is available in WebEx, but can't seem to find it in the settings in TEAMS.

As below, before you enter a Teams meeting, in the pre-meeting window, make sure you tick 'Computer audio'.

I agree, I just had a conversation with my husband about using the foot massager for his feet with 30 people in training. When I switch from my phone and transfer to the PC it automatically unmutes. It is hard when you are in a training for 8 hours a day. Sometimes I have to switch back and forth a few times and this time I forgot to mute

I may have found an "ok" workaround. Somehow currently Teams comes up with audio completely disabled (input and output). I have to click to enable it. Not the perfect solution but might be better than my coworker hearing me curse with the f-word when I spilled my coffee the other day. ;)
