JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    I could solve the issue by connecting my JBL T750 via bluetooth audio dongle. it is totally not convenient to get extra equipment for the headphones which are supposed to work out of a box but we have what we have. I used Sennheiser BT800 dongle but I am sure that other models should also work, just to check beforehand that dongle supports all the necessary profiles. Good luck.

    I'm a bit of a novice here.  I have a pair of JBL 600BTNC.  What would I need to do to get this to work with Teams on a lap top?  Not sure what the issue is bcs I can use the headphones via bluetooth on the laptop, just not with TEams.
