I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

It indeed works (also for me) however, it means I will have to use the internal microphone of the laptop (which is really bad). Has someone found a workaround which does not mean I have to switch to my internal microphone?
Napisałem do pomocy technicznej jbl. Jeżeli dostanę od mich rozwiązanie to napiszę tutaj jak naprawić.
Sprawdzałem też w aplikacji discord, a tam zestaw słuchawkowy działał porwanie i nie było żadnych problemów
Dostałem informacje żeby spróbować zaktualizować bluetoorh 4.1 i po tym usunąć wszystkie podłączone urządzenia przez bluteooth i restartować komputer.

It works like a charm with my phone Android with all of these Apps.
It's just on my computer with Windows 10 that I have this issue.
I don't know why it doesn't work yet (most likely about drivers). But none of the presented solutions worked for me, if I intend to use the Headset. And I can confirm that it only occurs in my laptop with Microsoft Windows 10 because I've already used it in my Macbook pro flawlessly.
