JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    Hello Microsoft,

    This is a growing issue, it looks like the most of the new headphones with mic do not work in teams and skype.

    So, a I did a little research and conclusion is that it looks like that neither skype or teams do not support new BT protocols for beater sound over BT. they only support old headset protocols not hands-free protocols ( I hope I got it right there in terminology).

    So since I do not see a single reply by @Microsoft regarding this subject. can you at least pass this to yours developers maybe they will know how to fix it.

    Same for me! It worked for 2-3 days but no it's strange.

    I have the same issue on my laptop on MS Teams on my phone the headphones owrks perfectly fine. Also as soon as I connected the headset it worked fine for 2-3 days with teams but after that i get the same garbled sound.
