JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    This solves the issue of sound output, but it does not allow us to fully use the Headset (speaker and microfone)

    I have same issue with JBL Tune115. Other earphones/headsets with wire works fine in MS Teams, but not with my wireless JBL.

    Hoping microsoft will really resolve this issue.

    Hi, I happened to have the same problem and I managed to partially fix this by selecting the mic in the laptop as my microphone for Microsoft teams and selecting Headphones (JBL TUNE500BT Stereo) (Bluetooth) as my speakers for the application.

    you can do this by,

    1. Go to Microsoft Teams, press the three dots in the right top corner.
    2. Select Settings there and then select Devices.
    3. As for your speaker, select "Headphones (JBL TUNE500BT Stereo) (Bluetooth)"

    Do NOT select Headset (JBL TUNE500BT Hands-Free AG Audio) (Bluetooth) option.

    1. As for your microphone, select your mic of your laptop or your pc.

    This worked for me. Hope it does for everyone.

    I have both JBL750btnc and WH-CH510. 

    JBL has the problem of robotic sound with teams only with Windows. It works fine with android and ios with same teams application.

    WH-CH510 works fine with all 3 OS with teams.
