JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    Not yet, but I am using the audio cables only for the teams with the Live 500

    the Live 400 is working perfectly using Bluetooth.

    I am wondering that it works as I asked JBL guys (I have JBL Tune 750BTNC) which kind of plug they are using (CTIA) and bought a splitter. So I have the original JBL audio cable, connected to the splitter (Delock 65967 - will have an audio and mic jack) and the jacks are connected to the desktop computer which has separated audio and microphone connectors. The mic does not work, so I wrote a new email to JBL support. The wrote the following:

    "When using the aux cable, you have to use the mic that is installed in the controller of the cable.
    The microfoon only works when using Bluetooth. even if you use a cable that supports a microphone.
    Also the original cable does not have a controller, like thought. so it's not going to be of use."

    I am not sure that this is a real and valid answer, so I would like to know if we can use the built in mic with the audio cable or not..

    hi,

    I am using the audio cable because I am using a docking station, then the laptop screen will be closed all the time which will cover the mic.

    anyway, it is ok with audio cable the sound quality with Teams is perfect.

    Hi Stephen,

    I have the same issue with live JBL500 but I have also the previous model the JBL Live 400 but it is working without any issues with the Microsoft teams.

    To cut it short, if you want to use the JBL 500 you can connect it with cable while using the Microsoft teams.

    I am still looking for a solution but no luck till now
