JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    yes with the dongle I can use it normally with teams, microphone works perfectly.
