JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    Hello Microsoft,

    This is a growing issue, it looks like the most of the new headphones with mic do not work in teams and skype.

    So, a I did a little research and conclusion is that it looks like that neither skype or teams do not support new BT protocols for beater sound over BT. they only support old headset protocols not hands-free protocols ( I hope I got it right there in terminology).

    So since I do not see a single reply by @Microsoft regarding this subject. can you at least pass this to yours developers maybe they will know how to fix it.

    I'm a professional that works at home many time because of the pandemic and i have the same problem with my JBL Tune 500 headphone.

    The problem is the drivers and the mic as if you just select headphone in your laptop, it works nice Teams then doesn't recognize it. 

    if you configure the Headphone with the mic then the robotic voice appears again.

    @microsoft please, can you fix it?

    If you disable handsfree than you won't be able to use your built-in microphone..... The problem seems to be the Bluetooth driver and how Windows handles that rather than the device itself and Teams. It works like a charm on my iPhone (even with Teams app).

    Yeah, this is fine, but it doesnt deal with the problem itself. I wanna use my microphone from headphones, not from lapton (in case i move away from pc).

    For god sake! Why would we whant a workaround??? Why cant Microsoft once in thirs life make something to work straight ahead??? It is always like this with them for every single thing, they are unable to fix Outlook for Android for more then a year!!! Shame on you Microsoft!!!
