Hi everyone.
I have an issue with our Logitech Meetup conference camera. If i look at the image via the Windows 10 camera app, the image quality is very good (1080p) .
But when working in Microsoft Teams, or Skype for consumer, the image is blurry, with jagged edges that indicate that the resolution is very low. If, for comparison i try to reproduce the same image quality in the Windows 10 camera app (there i can choose the resolution manually, i have to reduce the quality to 360p).
Our bandwidth is 300mbps down/30mpbps up so that should not be the problem.
I first thought that it had to do with the performance of our conference PC.
But the strange thing is that in Google Hangout or Zoom, i don't have this problem, there the image quality is just fine/as expected.
Also when i connect my Surface Book to the Logitech Meetup, i have the same bad quality in Teams, but when i switch to the internal camera of the Surface Book, image quality is perfect...
In skype for consumer I have the same issue as in Teams, so i think that it has to do with the way Microsoft addresses the camera.
Firmware of the Meetup is on the latest version (i installed it to improve the automatic centering on the audience aka RightSight) but I am not sure if i have used the Meetup camera in Teams with the old firmware) , all latest windows and teams updates are installed.

Same here. Purchased Meetup last week. Latest Logitech Firmware - Latest Windows 10 Updates.
Very poor quality with Microsoft Teams Desktop App, so disappointing...
I purchased a MeetUp last week to use it with Teams. Unfortunately, we have the same issue. I hope there will be a solution very soon. We didn't buy such expensive camera to end up with blurry video quality.

I have tried with another Meetup camera, with old firmware, same issues.
So it is not a firmware problem.
Other customers have the same problem.
For now we use the webversion of Teams, whick has some other issues, problems when viewing more than one user at the other side...
I am having the same issue with my units. I know about the auto start issue on the TAP units after they upgrade to the new OS but i have been trying everything to clear up the picture on a Teams or Skype call. If there is any update please let us know. Thank you.
