So recently our organization decided to use Microsoft Teams for our communication. And It is working fine on Web and iPhone But no one is able to login on Android Device. Whenever we try to login on Android Device using Team App, we get this error.

There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again

I have logged in using same credentials on iOS and Web and It worked but same credentials are not working on Android.

Please guide me, how to fix this issue as it is very urgent for us.

You can sign in on MS teams in Android mobile.

    follow the steps

    1. Open mobile settings.
    2. got Accounts Section (for newer android settings has search option search account and tap it.)
    3. in account at last you can see a work email there.
    4. click on it and choose delete option.
    5. that's it now go to teams app and login through credentials.

or if you want to Login through mobile browser.

    1. choose desktop Page in mobile browser setting

Thank you very much rahulsa! It's working for a login in browser. Unfortunately , still not able to run the mobile app.

I can't see the company account under Account, therefore I can't delete them and try to connect with the app again. Is there some other solution, that might help? Just to share more details: Android 10 , Samsung A71

    Dear MS support,

could you please help out with our issue? On Android devices, issue is the same (Teams not working for us) and we are forwarded to our IT help desk for more info with the message "Access denied".

I would rather focus now on workaround and to connect from Android mobile device via browser. Unfortunately, here for any downloaded browser following message appears on the screen :

Hmm. Your browser version isn't supported. Quickest solution. Download the mobile app. And here I am back at the beginning. Please be informed, the latest browsers version were downloaded from Store (Edge, Chrome, Firefox). Which version is then supported to use Teams from mobile device online via web/browser?
