So recently our organization decided to use Microsoft Teams for our communication. And It is working fine on Web and iPhone But no one is able to login on Android Device. Whenever we try to login on Android Device using Team App, we get this error.

There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again

I have logged in using same credentials on iOS and Web and It worked but same credentials are not working on Android.

Please guide me, how to fix this issue as it is very urgent for us.

    As it turns out our issue was between our reverse proxy and with later versions of Android being stricter on requirements by the looks of things.

    Look for a "Require SNI hostname" setting in any load balancers or reverse proxies to your Federation services and try adjusting that if necessary. This was the fix to our issue.

    Signing out off the Word App and signing in again worked and that also resolved the problem with signing into teams on my phone.

    MFA = Multi-Factor Authentication.

    It's what you use the Microsoft Authenticator app for.  Rather than choose to receive the notification through the app, change it so it sends you a text message.

    You can change your MFA preferences at aka.ms/mfasetup, and sign-in with the account you are using with Teams.  You may need to open that link in a new private browser window.

    Noel_F thank you, this worked perfectly.  After months of not being able to access Teams on my Grandstream desk phone, disabling the Authenticator app and just receiving the text message worked.

    I haven't had this issue in several months now.

    I ended up changing my MFA preferences to only receiving a text message, rather than using the Authenticator app to provide the MFA response (Approve, pick the right number etc).

    Since this - I haven't had the issue at all, but I had it multiple times when I chose to use the Authenticator app to do the approval.

    Something worth trying for those of you who are still plagued with this issue.

    What is MFA?
