Teams App Not working on Android Devices

So recently our organization decided to use Microsoft Teams for our communication. And It is working fine on Web and iPhone But no one is able to login on Android Device. Whenever we try to login on Android Device using Team App, we get this error.

There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again

I have logged in using same credentials on iOS and Web and It worked but same credentials are not working on Android.

Please guide me, how to fix this issue as it is very urgent for us.

    Hello,

    I am also facing Teams login issue along with a few other colleagues (on android).

    But my error is different and occurs after i enter enterprise id and before being asked for password!!!!.

    Unexpected Error

    An unexpected error has occurred. .......

    Kindly help on this have tried all possible steps to be able to login.

    One of my students is having the same problem. The error message appeared after he did a factory reset. MS Authenticator application is not on his phone and never had. We did all of the suggested methods. Nothing works. He can log into OneNote on his phone and on his computer Teams works as well.

    Same issue happening after changing my organization password.

    I do not have any Authenticator app running on my phone.

    Any help is really apprecaited.

    I have the same Issue. After I enter my username correctly the message:

    There was a problem with the network. Try signing in again

    appears.  

    I already erase the cache data and try different internet connections. No one else in my organizaion seems to have this issue.

    Hi

    I am having the same problem. I can log in fine from my laptop but not android phone, even thouh the org has invited me already. Did you find a fix to this?
