Hi, I have 2 users (1 iPhone & 1 iPad) where the TEAMS app is updated and even their IOS. Their devices worked correctly until we deployed a security feature where people have to create a 6 numbers pin. Since this new security restriction, they're not able to use the app. They do the following : Open the app and select their account Accept security issues like the use of microphone and notifications Then they receive a pop-up message saying that the Organization stablished a new security stuff and that they need to create a secret code (6 number pin) and the only button they have is OK. They select OK and then the app closes-up They re-open the app and they just have the same pop-up and if we choose OK it closes again Just to let you know, we have already rebooted the devices, we also have un-installed and re-installed the app but we still have the same issues. We have more users with ios like me and everything works perfect. I don't know what's the problem here. Can you help us please? Thanks ;)

I opened a high priority ticket with Microsoft and this is their response. Thanks for your time over the phone, as discussion There is an internal-discussion and/or Emerging issue, which is getting discussed and worked-up on at higher priority I’ll keep a watch on that discussion and keep you posted with few hourly updates

Noticed the same problem from this morning. Web and PC work fine, only crashes on IOS. Restart iphone and re-install app won't help.. Though still can receive new message notification on my Iphone.

I was challenged on Outlook on iPhone for new PIN; that worked fine, but now Teams just pops up and disappears.

I have similar issue to Sophie Huang and several others in this thread. Worked Friday 7/24/2020. DID NOT WORK Monday 7/27/2020 or today (7/28/2020). Have Iphone SE, IPAD Air 2, IOS 13.6 on both. Cleared data and reloaded app (several times) NO JOY IN MUDVILLE TONIGHT. I believe this is an Msoft problem since I receive push updates over the weekend and Monday.
