The Wi-Fi connection crashes after I load into any online game — in my case, PUBG.

After launching a game, my computer loses its Wi-Fi connection entirely. The only way to restore it is by either restarting the system or using the "Diagnose network problem" function. I'm running Windows 11 LTSC, and my network adapter is the ASUS PCE-AX1800, based on the MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 Wireless LAN Card.

Here's what I've observed: once the Wi-Fi disconnects, the DHCP server stops responding, and I notice related errors in the Event Viewer under DNS Client Events.

Troubleshooting steps I've already taken:

Changed DNS servers

Ran various command-line tools (ipconfig /flushdns, etc.)

Tried multiple driver versions for the network card (from the latest to the oldest, both from the manufacturer's site and Microsoft)

Tested with DNSBench (results are normal; I suspect the issue lies with the drivers)

Disabled power-saving features in Device Manager

And, of course, tried the usual steps like restarting the computer and router, which had no effect

Additional observations:

As a test, I tried launching Roblox — the same issue occurred: the internet connection broke. However, when running Roblox via an Android emulator (i.e., simulating a mobile device on the PC), the game worked flawlessly and did not crash the connection. This raises questions, as it suggests the problem is somehow related to how network traffic is handled natively versus through an emulated environment.

I'm open to answering any follow-up questions. For clarity, I want to emphasize that this is not a malware-related issue — my system is a clean installation done just a week ago, and I haven’t installed any unverified software.

Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you. Please try connecting to a different network such as your phone's mobile hotspot and see if the issue persists. If most methods fail, you may need to consider connecting your computer to the internet via an ethernet cable.
