Lost my last phone and i lost my authenticator

Hello, a few days ago i lost my phone......on it i had Authenticator and a lots of accounts/codes in it. The first problem i found on my new phone (its actually my phone from 2022, i have usen it before i bought my lost one) is that when i tried to sign in to tik tok, where i had to make a new password on the last step on the screen it showed that i had to give them the code from the authenticator app. When i opened it i realised that its actually on my lost phone. I directly texted tik tok support and when they ,,resolved" my issue the only thing they said is that i have to text Microsoft because this is not they're problem and they cant help me. My question is can you remove the authenticator from my tik tok account (i know its for safety but now that safety has turned against me), or i can give you the IMEI and every possible information for my last phone if you can restore it, and set it up on this phone (im talking about the authenticator app). In the future i might found other issues because of this and i really hope that you can help me. Please and thank you. Have a great day.

Microsoft cannot remove Microsoft Authenticator from your TikTok account or restore codes using your phone’s IMEI—Authenticator is just a code generator, and access must be reset by the service itself (TikTok). You need to complete TikTok’s account recovery / 2‑step verification reset process so they can remove the old authenticator and let you re‑enroll a new one https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/authenticator/restore-account-credentials-from-microsoft-authenticator

If you had cloud backup enabled in Microsoft Authenticator, install the app on your new phone and choose Restore from backup using the same Microsoft account; otherwise, each affected app (like TikTok) must independently reset MFA—Microsoft cannot recover third‑party accounts for you.
