    Ridiculous that something like this isn't baked into Windows still, but here's how I got around it. Hope the rest of you can benefit

    Agreed maybe it's a small function but I've always moved taskbar from the bottom

    Yes, please allow for unlocking the taskbar. I hate it on the bottom. I always use it on the side. Please, please change this.

    I would like to cast my vote to return the ability to move the taskbar up one notch so that the day of week appears in the taskbar.
