2021-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5008215) FAILS to install.

I cannot even install this update and it fails to install every time I attempt downloading this update. I get this error message every time I try to update, "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712).

I have tried everything to resolve it and nothing has worked. I have run SFC, DISM, DSCK, tried to repair my system files, run the windows update trouble shooter and the problem continues to persist.

    I was able to install all updates. My Bios somehow lost the UEFI settings that would allow secure boot as well. All is good and thanks for following up.

    Okay. I tried that, but it did not work.

    Any other suggestions? I did a system restore and now everything is fine, but it appears every time I install a software, for instance iTunes, it hangs on reboot. That's very odd.
