Windows 11 fresh installation "Let's connect you to a network" stuck

Hi,

I am trying to install Win11 on my new Lenovo Air14. It was delivered with a Chinese version if the OS, so I formatted everything. I created a USB-drive with a second PC using the Media Creation Tool, but now I am stuck at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.

No Networks are shown (my other Notebook right next to it shows 29)

Next doesn't work (greyed out)

Shift + F10 doesn't work

ALT+F4, doesn't work

I can't open any of the three options on the bottom right (greyed out)

The only FN keys working are brightness, volume and "project screen" (Win+P)

Anything I can do? I thought about trying to install Win10 first and then update.

    I am having the same issue as the rest here. I have tried everything on this thread with nothing working.

    The ONLY that came close to working was using a USB wifi adapter which worked to the point of signing in to the network. I signed in and click next and it said I am not connected and to go back. So, I go back and it says that I AM connected to the network, click next and it says I am not connected.

    I have the updated drivers for my motherboard - MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk - but can't get out of Win setup to try and install them. Is there supposed to be somewhere in bios where I can update the wifi and network drivers?

    I also tried connecting with a ethernet cable and that didn't do anything.

    Any other suggestions?

    To add - Desktop PC, Intel i7-13700K, MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk motherboard, T-Force Delta DDR5 7200 PC5 57600 memory, ASRock Steel Legend Radeon RX 7800 XTvideo card. Trying to install Win 11 Pro

    I have confirmed the following does work, as advised in another Microsoft thread:

    "When you are in the command prompt just type: OOBE\BYPASSNRO 

    Press enter and it will restart the device. At the next setup will give you the option to click "I don't have internet" and bypass the network connection."

    I have tried the command prompt several times. Everytime it says " OOBE" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
