Windows 11 fresh installation "Let's connect you to a network" stuck

Hi,

I am trying to install Win11 on my new Lenovo Air14. It was delivered with a Chinese version if the OS, so I formatted everything. I created a USB-drive with a second PC using the Media Creation Tool, but now I am stuck at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.

No Networks are shown (my other Notebook right next to it shows 29)

Next doesn't work (greyed out)

Shift + F10 doesn't work

ALT+F4, doesn't work

I can't open any of the three options on the bottom right (greyed out)

The only FN keys working are brightness, volume and "project screen" (Win+P)

Anything I can do? I thought about trying to install Win10 first and then update.

    I'm installing 11 pro on a VM just to configure another device on a nested HyperV on AHV host. Anyways this worked for me to bypass the network check in the OOBE.

    Shift + F10 then type

    OOBE\BYPASSNRO

    The system reboots and the next time you get to the OOBE Network selection screen the option for "I don't have internet" is present. From here you can get to the OS then install any driver you need or w/e you plan to do.

    Press Function + Shift + F10

    In command prompt, type taskmgr

    In Task Manager, click to Performance, then back to Processes

    Find the Network Control Flow process and stop it.

    That allowed me to proceed past the window I was stuck on (same as he showed in the video).

    I think the point is M$ should add an option to load network driver during intallation. I just met the exact same issue on intel nuc x15, even with the latest media creation tool created image. the ethernet card is too new for win11.
