Hi,
I am trying to install Win11 on my new Lenovo Air14. It was delivered with a Chinese version if the OS, so I formatted everything. I created a USB-drive with a second PC using the Media Creation Tool, but now I am stuck at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.
No Networks are shown (my other Notebook right next to it shows 29)
Next doesn't work (greyed out)
Shift + F10 doesn't work
ALT+F4, doesn't work
I can't open any of the three options on the bottom right (greyed out)
The only FN keys working are brightness, volume and "project screen" (Win+P)
Anything I can do? I thought about trying to install Win10 first and then update.

I have the same problem. And I tried to log-in with my mobile hotspot and gave me the same message, "No Internet, secured. If you have a limited data plan, you can make this network a metered connection or change other properties." How can I do those steps if I don't have a working OS? I installed Linux on a different disk and it worked perfectly. I'm starting to dislike Microsoft due to it's loopholes that gives me headaches.
Hi, I was just installing a fresh Win 11 V22H2 on a bare bones Intel NUC 12 and had this problem also.
Forewarned (by Intel's instructions) is forearmed so I had already downloaded all the NUC drivers in another PC beforehand and thought I was ready, but not so. The Intel destructions said to just complete the installation without the drivers then install them after the OS install was complete. Well it wouldn't go past this page even though my NUC was LAN connected to ethernet.
So on the other computer I unpacked the NUC LAN drivers onto a USB drive and plugged it into the NUC, then did the shift+F10 thing, and ran the Lan driver installation in the CMD window from the usb. Restarted the PC and this time win11 found my LAN and went through the rest of the installation ok.
what worked for me is
**** + f10
in cmd write
OOBE\BYPASSNRO
then enter.
this will restart and bring you back to the options where you select language. this time when you go to the network page you will find an option saying I don't have an internet connection, click, on the next page click on the limited option, and then carry on with your name, etc.

I also tried using an ethernet cable connected to my router and it failed also.
I used exactly what was printed, in both lower and upper case letters. On a whim, I tried changing the slash to the opposite of what was being posted, and it worked. I even tried copy and pasting to make sure I wasn't messing it up.
