Windows 11 fresh installation "Let's connect you to a network" stuck

Hi,

I am trying to install Win11 on my new Lenovo Air14. It was delivered with a Chinese version if the OS, so I formatted everything. I created a USB-drive with a second PC using the Media Creation Tool, but now I am stuck at the "Let's connect you to a network" screen.

No Networks are shown (my other Notebook right next to it shows 29)

Next doesn't work (greyed out)

Shift + F10 doesn't work

ALT+F4, doesn't work

I can't open any of the three options on the bottom right (greyed out)

The only FN keys working are brightness, volume and "project screen" (Win+P)

Anything I can do? I thought about trying to install Win10 first and then update.

    I'm installing 11 pro on a VM just to configure another device on a nested HyperV on AHV host. Anyways this worked for me to bypass the network check in the OOBE.

    Shift + F10 then type

    OOBE\BYPASSNRO

    The system reboots and the next time you get to the OOBE Network selection screen the option for "I don't have internet" is present. From here you can get to the OS then install any driver you need or w/e you plan to do.

    Use this :

    Shift + F10
    When the CMD opens, write this : OOBE\BYPASSNRO and press enter.

    It will restart, and you will have the option "I don't have the internet"

    I ended up buying/plugging in a USB to Ethernet Adapter from local Best Buy into my new HP laptop (it does not have an Ethernet port) and used an Ethernet cable to plug the adapter into my Cable Modem/Router which gave it internet access and to reinstall/activate Windows 11. That worked for me.

    I recently setup a Minis Forum PC where this issue occurred and using a USB ethernet dongle just for the installation worked.
