I updated to Windows 11. BIG MISTAKE! Now, My laptop battery is dead and won't charge. I see lots of people had problems with the battery not charging, but my battery is dead and so none of those work for me. Will MS pay for a new battery for me since they broke my laptop? Let ne jbiw uf tgere;s aything else I can do short of spending money I don't have on a new battery.
Reading all the comments from people who had this problem, Microsoft knew this was a problem and should have fixed it before releasing it to the public.

I have had to replace my battery in MSI 4L65 95C twice now since upgrading. It will work while plugged in but shuts off automatically as soon as it is unplugged. 2 brand new batteries Whitin 3 months (Not counting the original one that was destroyed). NOT CHEAP. Now it won't let me go back to windows10. I ask, who will pay to put the third battery in my computer or do I just ditch Microsoft software all together?
I just plugged in my charger this morning and it didn't start charging.
I use the same charger for my Windows 10 laptop.
Laptop powers on with power cord but it isn't charging.
Its after the last update,also the pc turns on to a complete blank[black]screen. It takes so so long to load the desktop screen.
If you recently upgrade to Windows 11 then I suggest replacing the battery. The old battery can be used in another laptop that uses the same battery. Something happens that locks the battery during the upgrade process on some laptops not all because I have upgrade over 20 and it only happened once. Wish I had a better answer.
