    If we had the same virus that takes advantage of these same issues, then what's going on is the rootkit running on your system has entered what's essentially its end stage of file installs. It will maintain a large amount of system libraries in root, and when you roll back or Uninstall a driver lock in whatever it wants in that phase of deployment. Depending on how deep the kit is in your system, you may have to find a live boot DVD of whatever linux distro is your favorite(has to be a DVD. Rootkits can install on anything with memory, and dvds are read only.), I recommend using kali then fedora(fedora os os based on a different form of Linux that anything I've found in the files I've pulled from root), and after destroying the root memory with both of those, then resetting tpm and secure boot keys to factory default, zero your hard drives and encrypt them with squashfs as the filesystem(make sure your distro come with this. I've noticed 0 compatability. The background PS this virus installs runs on BTRFS which is incompatible) and fully install your live Linux distro with lvm2 encryption. Then perform a totally clean install of windows while connecting your machine to a different internet source(this has the ability to infect routers and gateways. That's how I kept getting infected.) than what you have ever used with the machines and the very first thing to do after installing windows is to install every kb released jan 2022 manually from update catalog(view source and use the link in the page source. The ones displayed aren't secured.) For whatever version of windows you have, THEN update to whatever Bluetooth drivers you wish. After all your drivers download, configure your firewall and disable any service related to remote connections or vpns and if you didn't install the .net patches Uninstall .net and finally the Microsoft XPS printer service. Then you can reconnect to your typical gateway and return to normal.
