How to Cancel Windows 11 update?

I'm one of the people who had Windows 11 download itself without me telling it to do so. Now, it is ready for install. I do not want to install Windows 11 at this point. I want to keep my Windows 10.

I've paused it for 7 days, but this is a temporary solution. Can I delete the Windows 11 download somehow? I'm running Windows 10 on a brand new Dell computer.

If you can't find where it says it will update to Windows 11, then it seems the Registry hack has worked, hasn't it?

The only update ahead should be Windows 10 version 21h2 - since that's what you entered in the registry.

Do you have any idea of where should be stated the version of the pending update? I tried to search internet without success.

I hope you are right but I am skeptic non only because I do not trust microshi(f)t but also because I did not see any suspension in the update and if it was a new update than the date of installation should be reset, yet it's still the same I set for 11.

I am fed up of this story and the time lost, I had to buy a new HD and create a recovery point (450GB), but unfortunately this is after the download of 11, so it will not be much useful, maybe

It should be visible inside Windows Update, but you need to unpause updates to see it.
