Update: Resolved issue by disconnecting PC from power (unplugging from wall) for 10 minutes and then restarting. Baffling. Bluetooth services disappeared several weeks ago and I've been trying to get it back. Here's what I've found so far: Bluetooth troubleshooter couldn't solve it Restarting Bluetooth Services - I have done this, and have set all to start automatically however BluetoothUserService_5aacd will not allow me to move it from Manual to Automatic, I get a "The parameter is incorrect" error I uninstalled and reinstalled the BT drivers, which did not fix the issue I have uninstalled Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) within Device Manager, and restarted computer, which reinstalled the Intel BT but did not fix the issue (note: my Device Manager is constantly refreshing/ flashing, unsure if related) Thank you in advance for your help! EDIT: I was able to update BluetoothUserSErvice to start automatically at start up, correcting the "parameter is incorrect error". This did not resolve my bluetooth problem.

I had the same problem, turns out it only happened when I would plug in my AirPods to my laptop's USB-C port.

I simply uninstalled Bluetooth drives and restarted my laptop. It works fine now.

I have tried every "fix" in this thread, the only one that works is unplugging my pc completely and waiting for 10 minutes and plugging it back in again, this is actually ridiculous, why they spend more time adding bloat like weather widgets on the lock screen i will never understand, i have the weather on my phone and it takes 2 seconds to sign in or just look out the window, the coders of the last update all need to get their jobs reassessed at this point to see if they are capable of this line of work because the last few issues I've had I've found out are just bad faulty coding issues on Microsofts end through the updates, its really silly, its becoming like how apple slows down everyone's stuff when they release new tech, to see the downfall of a company that's been going for so long actually sucks cause they had it right, why add all the bloat just to ruin a good thing, makes sense with them releasing new laptops and pc parts and then the immediate updates to phase out older hardware, my pcs running a ryzen 5 5600x and 3060ti, so clearly with the 40 series out and ddr5 they just want us running to the new parts when in reality its just terrible coding, maybe and i hate to say this but its looking like someone must be using an AI bot to finish or even start their work for them, because the faults are so minor with every update, i haven't seen a single one come out that hasn't had an issue since windows 10, which apparently they are gonna start charging people if they still use it or something like that which is just weird since we already bought and paid for it,i just have one really good idea though, release an update that doesn't have any bugs/coding errors, that's all if they can do that then fair enough otherwise not worth the money anymore to be completely honest.

Sharing my experience with the hope that it helps others resolve their bluetooth issue as well. My bluetooth had disappeared suddenly without any cause or reason and it did not come back by reinstalling the device drivers, or resetting the bluetooth services, or by trying a lot of other solutions. Bluetooth had disappeared from Device Manager and replaced with a mystery USB device. Nothing seemed to bring it back.

Eventually what worked is to shut down the laptop completely and disconnect the power cable and kept it shut for about 10 minutes before starting it up again. (make sure it is fully shut down and not sleep and not restarted)

Laptop : Asus zendesk with Windows 11 Pro 21H2 (updated to the latest fixes). Uses Intel Wireless Bluetooth drivers.
