I've tried every power mode and I have the same problem. It's either <removed> Windows or <removed> HP. Either way, <removed>

After updating to Windows 11 on my 6 month old laptop, my audio files take 20 seconds to start or they do not start at all. This also causes a delay in videos starting whether the file is on my computer or a website. Has anyone else had this issue.

I played around with the multimedia power settings and took them off from power saving setting and now finally Bluetooth is not going into sleep mode anymore.Thanks for your help
you are welcome ... yeah that works for Bluetooth , WiFi , LAN , but not Realtek audio ...

2022-09-01T08:31:47+00:00 I have the same problem , I struggled ALOT trying to fix it , I tried every thing possible ... and I failed ... tried many driver versions, I have the onboard Realtek on MSI motherboard, it is a driver issue that lets the chip go into sleep or something like power saving mode on a desktop, and im asking WHY?! ... I don't understand why is power saving option enabled on a desktop driver !!! well it seems that they didn't bother to make a desktop version of the driver, this driver is designed for laptops ... man sometimes I really do appreciate how every thing just work well together on mac systems
