Random Mouse Stutter/Lag Windows 11

Hi

So im having a issue with my mouse cursor lagging/stuttering for a few seconds randomly does not happen a lot but it does happen and only lasts for a few seconds so far not been watching a video ir playing a game when it happens so cant see if other tasks continue as normal when it happens

Updated graphics card drivers and checked windows update & it says no updates available.

I have the following hardware on my PC

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI

Motherboard:

Base board manufacturer: HP

Baseboard Product 8876

Baseboard Version 11

BIOS Version/Date: AMI F,11, 27/08/2021

Is anyone else getting this issues when i first got the PC over a month ago there were no issues its the last week or so this has started happening

    I have a Razor Basilisk X Hyperspeed, very similar to this one and the jitter happens every once in a while.

    I suspect of DNS requests made by some application.

    For me, changing the power mode from "Best performance" back to "Recommended" seems to have solved the issue for me! So, let's hope the "LAG NAG" doesn't kick in again. Thanks for the pointer to a solution... for me at least.

    I posted this in May 2022, and it still works perfectly...

    POSSIBLE ISSUE BYPASS/FIX

    I bought the following Mouse thinking that a gaming mouse with a dongle used might be different enough to not have the "Jiggle Virus"?

    RAZER BASILISK ULTIMATE - ERGONOMIC WIRED WIRELESS GAMING MOUSE - NASAPACKAGING

    I have been using it since 5/12/22 and no jittering at all. I occasionally will use my Microsoft Surface Precision Mouse and it still jitters. I go back to the Razer Mouse and NO issues.

    I will let you all know if the jiggle starts up.

    This mouse isn't cheap; but if it permanently stops the jiggles and the related frustration... $89 is worth it.

    This is horible, it's a windows 1 bug occuring on windows 11, I have been looking for a solution for this lagging for months, tried everything, nothing works, this adds up to the serious windows issues including the rape my computer has to go through whenever windows decide to update and restart, no wonder microsoft lost the internet to google with IE, windows is next, no one is listening to the customer, microsoft knows best, bad business.

    No, the Razer does not suffer the shutter issue.

    It was my MS Bluetooth Mouse.

    All is good with the Razer
